Adjust Hue , Saturation and etc. Then add the glow curve line and make some small glow butterfly flying around the model. Finally sign my name there lol with add some drop shadows --- done!!

Let's Dance : CS4 Glow tested by wings
Me again ^^, today I'm going to share with your my final works after learn through the video. I quite satisfied this picture hope u like it.
